I think metatrader has its place but by design has many, many distractions from what is actually going on. The other side of metatrader is it provides way too many options (tools) for server side, when it should simply just provide a ‘market to trader’ service.

Target audience is newbies.

Which trading platform do you prefer? I have only used MT4 and MT5. They have had their use when I have been using a combination indicator system but now I just want a plain chart and as you say MetaTrader has many distractions.
