I had payment taken on subscription from my bank 15th Nov for the MK-Web but that transaction doesn’t show in my account and my account access to MK-WEB has been revoked.
Thanks. I emailed Wednesday, do you know when I’ll hear back?
Right now I’m paying for last 2 weeks but with no access to the service.
